Dan Wilensky was the Law Clerk/Research Aide to
Justice James C. Adkins, Florida Supreme Court. He has since been in
private practice having handled all sorts of civil, criminal, and
administrative cases at trial and on appeal, including high profile
cases of national interest. Family Law Mediator. He mediated
approximately 237 cases in 1997 and continues to blend his trial
practice with a Mediation practice. Recipient of 1997 Family Court Pro
Bono Attorney Award and The Tobias Simon Pro Bono Service Award
